On the morning of November 13, our school held the founding meeting of the Strategic Alliance for Technological Innovation in the Agricultural Robot Industry in the 329 smart classroom of Shangzhi Building through the combination of online and offline. Yao Zhenjun, Vice President, attended the meeting, and relevant principals, experts and scholars from the Scientific Research Department, the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and the governing units of the Alliance attended the meeting.
Vice President Yao Zhenjun first expressed heartfelt congratulations on the establishment of the Alliance on behalf of the University, and pointed out the direction for the development of the agricultural robot industry alliance from a macro perspective. He hoped that the Alliance would give full play to its main role, carry out joint research on key technical issues of smart agricultural machinery and agricultural robots, jointly build a platform for talent training and technical cooperation, promote the comprehensive and sustainable development of modern agriculture with characteristics in Shijiazhuang, and improve the overall competitiveness of agricultural robot industry. The Dean of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering introduced the background and positioning of the Alliance, clarified the technological innovation objectives and tasks of the Alliance and the division of tasks among its members, and introduced in detail the two-year construction plan of the Alliance.
The governing units of the Alliance reviewed and voted to adopt the Regulations of the Strategic Alliance for Technological Innovation in the Agricultural Robot Industry and the Alliance Management System. All the governing units of the Alliance elected Yao Zhenjun, the vice president of our university, as the president of the Alliance, Tian Guoying, the president of Shijiazhuang Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences, as the executive vice president of the Alliance, and Shi Yuanping, the president of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of our university, as the secretary general of the Alliance. The governing units of Shijiazhuang Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences, Hebei Agricultural University, Hebei Nonghaha Machinery Group Co., Ltd., Unicom Xiong'an Industrial Internet Co., Ltd. and others introduced their development in smart agriculture, agricultural robots and other aspects, and said they would make positive contributions to the high-quality development of the Alliance.
The Strategic Alliance for Technological Innovation in the Agricultural Robot Industry takes our university as the chairman unit of the alliance. The five enterprises including Hebei Agricultural University and Shijiazhuang Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences as the vice chairman units, jointly with Hebei Nonghaha Machinery Group Co., Ltd., Unicom Xiong'an Industrial Internet Co., Ltd., Hebei Shiante Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., Shijiazhuang Haoxun Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd., and Shijiazhuang Luancheng Shennong Fudi Planting Professional Cooperative, together with Hebei Patent Protection Association and Shijiazhuang Intellectual Property Association jointly launched a scientific and technological innovation system integrating research, production and learning. Universities, research institutes, professional associations and industrial enterprises in the alliance will deploy an innovation chain around the industrial chain, increase investment in research and development, introduce and cultivate leading scientific and technological talents, form an innovation mechanism of market selection and collaborative research by scientific institutes and enterprises, build a set of "technological innovation + product research and development + production and application" integrated innovation mode of "production, teaching, research and application", realize the cooperation and collaboration of agricultural robot technology innovation in Shijiazhuang and even in Hebei Province, and make contributions to the rapid development of agricultural robot industry in Hebei Province.
